Bio Energy Portal

Bio Energy Portal is the Web Based Application governed by Uttar Pradesh New & Renewable Energy Development Agency, Government of Uttar Pradesh. The application is intended to be used by the investors & entrepreneurs willing to invest in Bio Energy sector of Uttar Pradesh to setup Bio Energy plants of following categories:

• Compress Bio Gas (CBG) Plant
• Bio Coal Plant
• Bio Diesel Plant
• Bio Ethanol 2G Plant

This application enables investors to register online and furnish the project & land allotment related details, and submit fee.

Once the fee is submitted, request to setup plant will be forwarded to UPNEDA for further processing. If UPNEDA accepts the request then applicant will have to upload the DPR from their login. After the approval of DPR by UPNEDA, applicant will have to upload Payment Bank Guarantee (PBG) from their login. Once the PBG is approved, an Agreement to setup the plant will get auto-signed between UPNEDA and the Investor.

In case UPNEDA rejects the application at any step, application will get terminated immediately and status of application will be displayed on the dashboard.

Along with, this application enables its users to:

• Download the Signed Agreement
• Pay the Fee online
• Upload Fee submission details, if paid through DD
• View all actions taken by UPNEDA through their login
• Track real-time status of application
• Answer the query raised by UPNEDA in relation to the application submitted
• Raise query with UPNEDA in relation to investment
• File multiple requests for investment through one login
• Get SMS & Email alerts at all necessary steps
